            A. Read the passage and answer the questions.



               My parents are very busy people. My father’s
               a doctor, and my mother’s a lawyer. My little
               sister is nine years old, and I’m thirteen. We’re
               sometimes home alone! My sister is afraid of
               spiders. She cries when she sees a spider. I put
               the spider in the garden, and then my sister is
               happy.
