My best friend said she wanted to do something strange
last weekend and took me to a deserted shopping
centre on the edge of town. It was a little scary, as
it was all dark inside because the windows had been
covered with boards. It had a kind of supernatural feel
to it, as if you might suddenly see a ghost coming out
of one of the shops. Then, we heard a terrible scream
and the sound of someone, or something, running
around upstairs. My friend suggested we go upstairs to
look. It was really spooky up there as there was hardly
any light, then a man in a suit jumped out and grabbed
my friend. I screamed really loudly and then heard my
friend laughing… She’d got another friend to dress up
as an evil shop assistant to scare me on purpose.
