                  When Kenneth Shinozuka was young, he decided 1             an inventor. Fast-forward a few years
                  and the 15-year-old student from the Bronx designed a pair of smart socks which promise 2
                  people with Alzheimer’s and their carers. Shinozuka’s grandfather has Alzheimer’s, and he noticed how
                  his aunt seemed 3             tired all the time as she was waking up in the night to check on the
                  elderly man, who would keep 4            out of bed. When a person has Alzheimer’s, they are often
                  confused, not knowing where they are. Shinozuka’s invention is simple and involves the person
                  5             a pair of socks which have a sensor on the bottom. When the person steps onto the floor,
                  the sensor warns the carer on their smartphone. Shinozuka enjoys 6       things to help others
                  and hopes his smart socks will help other Alzheimer’s sufferers.
