          It’s difficult to be a teenager, and all the changes you’re
          going through physically, mentally and emotionally put
          a lot of pressure on you. But when you look around the
          classroom, probably every person in the room is dealing
          with some problem.
          Perhaps the fit, good-looking, popular guy spends ages
          every morning using a variety of products to cover a
          skin condition. Daniel Gray started a men’s cosmetics
          company called War Paint, after his experiences of being
          bullied at school for his appearance. Women often wear
          make-up to make themselves feel more confident, and
          there are some great online tutorials for how to do it well
          and look natural.
          And the “plain Jane” who gets teased for not wearing
          make-up,  who knows? Maybe  her parents are really
          strict and won’t allow her to wear it. Or maybe she just
          doesn’t want to wear any – it’s her choice. And with a

          situation, and there are things you can do to help, like
          eating a good diet with lots of protein and minerals.
          Remember, nobody’s perfect, and everyone probably
          has something they’d like to change about themselves.
          It could be something physical, a personality trait or their
          academic or sporting ability.
