laughed. He took a nap
under a tree.
The tortoise slowly
walked past the
sleeping hare.
He never stopped
walking. The hare was
sound asleep.
The tortoise reached
the finish line first.
“You don’t have to be
the fastest to win the
race,” he shouted.
