You can have many worksheets in a spreadsheet. You can view
a worksheet by clicking on the different tabs.

1. Adding a worksheet.

You can add a new worksheet by
clicking the ‘New sheet’ icon.

2. Renaming a worksheet.

You can rename a worksheet by right-clicking on the label and then

choosing ‘Rename’. You then type the new name.

Fun Time!

Using worksheets.

1 In a blank spreadsheet, add four more worksheets.

2 Use the following labels to rename each worksheet: ‘Extra’,

‘Addition’, ‘Subtraction’, ‘Multiplication’ and ‘Division’.

3 Save your spreadsheet as ‘Calculations.xlsx’.

Try to delete the worksheet called ‘Extra’.
