A new ‘Print’ menu appears. On the right, we can see the
‘Print Preview’ page. This is where we can see how the
document will look when it’s printed.

You can print the whole document by
simply clicking on the ‘Print’ icon.

Fun Time!

In the ‘Print’ menu, find the ‘Copies’ box. Type the number of copies you wish to print
and then click on the ‘Print’ icon.

Challenge Yourself!

Can you see the ‘Pages’ box? Let’s print
pages 1 and 3. Type ‘1, 3’ and then click on

‘Print’. If you want to print all except pages
5 and 6, you can type ‘1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9’ or
type ‘1-4, 7-9’.
