             Let’s Learn


             The animation effects are split into four categories as seen below.
             The name of each category explains what each animation does.


                                                                  If we want to make an object
                                                                  appear in the slide, it is called

                                                                  an ‘Entrance’ effect.




                                                                  Other times we want an object
                                                                  to pop out so we use an
                                                                  ‘Emphasis’ effect.



                                                                  When it disappears, it is called
                                                                  an ‘Exit’ effect.




                                                                  You could also add a ‘Motion
                                                                  Paths’ effect, which makes the
                                                                  object move in a specific way.

             Using the ‘Advanced Animation’ menu.


               1   Open the file ‘Shapes and Effects.
