Let’s Practise
Marking an email as spam.
An email provider will automatically scan an email if it seems suspicious. These
emails are automatically put in the ‘Spam’ folder. If, though, a spam email goes to
your inbox, you can mark it as spam on your own.
1
Select the email you believe is spam by
clicking on the left-hand box next to it.
2
In the options menu, search for
the option ‘Report spam’.
3 The email will be moved
to the ‘Spam’ folder.
Blocking a sender.
The steps you should follow to block a sender are similar to marking an email as spam.
1
Select the email address
you want to block.
In the options menu, search for 2
the option ‘Block sender’.
3
You will not receive any emails
from this address again.
