Creating a shareable link.
The ‘Send Link’ menu lets us copy the shareable link. This link can be stored as
a ‘favourite’ in your browser or can be copied to a chat message, instead of sending it
with an email.

In the ‘Send Link’ menu, click on ‘Copy Link’.

We get a new window which reads,
‘Link to ‘balloons’ copied’.

You can copy and use the link in the
address bar of a browser, or send it to
another person you are chatting with
on social media!

Removing a shared link.
Sometimes we might need to stop sharing a file with others. To remove the shared link,
choose the file and open the ‘Send Link’ menu. Click on the three dots to open the
‘Manage Access’ menu. By clicking on the ‘x’, you can remove the link. Remember to log
out of your OneDrive when you’re done.
