Adam: I don’t understand why she said no!
Sarah: I’m sure she has a good reason. What kind of dog do
you want to have?
Adam: Dalmatians are my favourite!
Sarah: Dalmatians? I don’t know them.
Adam: Well, Dalmatians have black spots, and they are very
smart dogs. They are one of the oldest dog breeds.
Paintings of dogs with spots can be found
in Ancient Egyptian tombs. They are
known as fire dogs, but they have
other talents too.
