My Favourite Animal
Let’s put together some of the files you created.
1. Open the document you saved at the end of Unit 2.
2. Move your cursor and click on the space where you want
to insert a picture.
3. Go to the ribbon, click on the ‘Insert’ tab, and select
‘Pictures’.
4. Find the picture you drew at the end of Unit 3. Click on
‘Insert’ to insert it into your document.
5. After inserting the drawing, save your file as ‘Favourite.
docx’ and close the file.
6. Now, open the spreadsheet you saved at the end of
Unit 4.
7. Move your cursor and click on the space where you want
to insert a picture.
8. Repeat the same steps done in the Word file to insert
your drawing in your spreadsheet as well.
9. After inserting the drawing, save your file as ‘Favourite.
xlsx’ and close the file.
