Let’s Learn

Some programming languages like JavaScript and Scratch use a ‘script’ which is a set
of instructions. A Scratch script is made of blocks. You make a script by joining blocks
together. The blocks have different colours. Each colour represents a different category
of scripts. Each colour tells us what the category is for.

When programming in Scratch, you always choose an event to begin your script. An event
is something that happens. When the event happens, the script will run.
