Sorting Data

1. Open the file ‘Sorting Data.xlsx’. You’re going to sort the data of a shopping list.

Shopping List

Cheese (slices) 10
Potatoes 5
Tomatoes 2
Apples 5
Milk (Bottles) 1
Eggs 3

2. Sort the items of the list in alphabetical order. It should now look like this:

Apples 5
Cheese (slices) 10
Eggs 3
Milk (Bottles) 1
Potatoes 5

Tomatoes 2

3. Now sort them based on the number of items (smallest largest).

Shopping List
Milk (Bottles) 1
Tomatoes 2
Eggs 3

Apples 5
Potatoes 5
Cheese (slices) 10

4. Save the file and exit.
