         Let’s Learn

         Bullet points show items in a list, making the text more tidy and easier to read.
         One rule you must stick to is to follow the same pattern when you have a list with bullets.
         Let’s say you are organising a party for a friend. You have prepared a list of things to do. Here
         are three ways of presenting your text with bullets.






                • Bake a cake.
                • Buy a present.                    •  bake a cake                   •  Bake a cake

                • Invite friends.                   •  buy a present                 •  Buy a present

         Let’s Practise

         Creating a bulleted list.

                Open a new blank document in Microsoft Word.


             2   In the ‘Paragraph’ menu of the ‘Home’ tab, click

                 on the down arrow of the ‘Bullets’ button.

                        3   From the menu of available choices,

                            select the ‘dot’ bullet.
