Lesson 1

Bullet Points

1. Open a new blank document in Microsoft Word.
2. Type a list of your favourite superheroes.
3. Start with your ultimate favourite and write at least five superheroes.
4. Afterwards, add bullets to your list. Use the ‘√’ bullet.

5. Save your document as ‘Superheroes.docx’ and exit.

Lesson 2

Indentation and Spacing

1. Open the file ‘The Gingerbread Man.docx’.
2. Select the whole text.
3. Add an indentation for the first line of each paragraph.
(By previously selecting the whole text, you only have to do this once.)
4. Now, change the line spacing to the whole text. Make it ‘1.7’.

5. Finally, change the paragraph spacing of the ‘After’ setting to ‘6’.
6. Save the file and exit.
