What is the difference between length and weight?
The length of your desk is, how long it is. The weight or mass of
your desk is, how heavy it is.
Measurement
It is a number that shows the size or amount of something.
How can we measure length?
The units for measuring length are: kilometre, metre and centimetre
depending on the length that needs to be measured.
Very long distances are measured in kilometres, long distances are
measured in metres and short lengths are measured in centimetres.
How can we measure mass?
The units for measuring mass are kilograms and grams, depending
on the weight that needs to be measured. Light weights are
measured in grams while heavier weights are measured in kilograms.
