            Drinking plenty of water is like a natural treatment
            for  a headache.  Another  good  approach  could
            be breathing exercises. Deep breathing can
            prevent headaches.  With every deep breath,
            you should feel more relaxed. Research shows
            that massage can strongly reduce headaches.
            Specialists believe that massage works by relaxing
            tight muscles that can trigger headaches. So you
            had better try massaging your forehead to get
            rid  of your headache.  Also,  listening to  music  is
            good  prevention, too.  If  you are  in pain  because
            of a terrible headache, you ought to try listening
            to some relaxing music. People believe that various
            meditation techniques can also help reduce and
            prevent headaches. You can relax your mind and
            body  from  distractions such  as  pain.  So if you’re
            dealing with a painful headache, you had better try
            a meditation technique you like. Another interesting
            but useful tip is to use ice. Icing your forehead or
            eyes may reduce or even stop the headache. In
            fact, doctors’ advice is to rub the forehead for up to
            10 minutes with ice so you should make some ice.
            Lastly, if none of the tips above does you any good,
            you ought to visit a doctor in order to get rid of your
            headache.
