Delivering Your Presentation: ‘My Future Job’
In unit 3, we worked on a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation about your
future job. Each slide has text, objects, or both.
Handouts for your audience:
You can print handouts for your audience so they can better understand
your presentation. They can also take the handouts home if they want.
1. Open your Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and select ‘Print’ from
the ‘File’ menu.

2. n the ‘Settings’ menu, choose one of the handout options.
You can choose 2 or 3 slides per page.
3. Now, choose how many copies you want. Make sure there are
enough for everyone in the audience.
