You can save your digital notebook on your computer by clicking on ‘This PC’
You can save your digital notebook on the Cloud and share it with others by clicking on
‘OneDrive’. After choosing the place where you want to save you notebook, type its name
in the box under ‘Notebook Name’, and then click on ‘Create Notebook’.

We will be saving our notebook on the Cloud. Once you click on, ‘Create Notebook’, your
notebook is ready, and a new window appears asking whether you would like to share it
with other people now or later. If you choose ‘Not now’, the homepage will appear with
your new notebook on the ‘Notebooks’ pane on the left.

Fun Time!

Sharing with others.
By clicking on ‘Invite people’, the ‘Share’ window appears.
Sharing a notebook with others on the Cloud is very similar to
sharing any other file, as you’ve already learned. Enter the emails of
the users in the first bar.
You can allow them to edit the file or simply view it by selecting ‘Can
edit’ or ‘Can view’. When you’re done, click on the ‘Share’ button.

Challenge Yourself!

You can share the notebook again with other new users by right-clicking on the
notebook you want and then choosing ‘Share This Notebook’.
The ‘Share’ window appears once again. Add new users as you did before.
