• ice cubes

• a pot

• a stove

Steps:

With your teacher’s help:

1. Put the ice cubes in the pot.

2. Heat the pot on the stove.

3. Observe what happens; the solid turns into a liquid.

4. Continue boiling the water, it will turn into a gas.
