Energy can be changed from one form to another.
When rubbing your hands together, kinetic
energy changes into heat energy.
A lamp changes electric energy into
light energy.
In a television electric energy changes into
sound energy and light energy.
During photosynthesis, light energy changes
into chemical energy.
When driving a car, chemical energy
(petrol) changes into kinetic energy.
Chemical energy from food changes into heat energy to keep the
body warm.
