Dear Parents,

As a part of our social studies program, your child is learning about

landforms. In class, we learned about different types of landforms and
bodies of water.

Here are some things you can do to reinforce the message of this lesson
and our related learning activities.

• Color a map of your country in yellow, blue, and green according
to the different landforms.
• Take your child outside and ask him/her to draw any landforms

or water bodies that he/she can see. Talk about the drawings.
• Show your child videos/pictures of the famous landforms in the
world or a place where you have been to see special landforms or

special bodies of water.
