Ancient Greeks held religion in very high regard. They would refer to or ask the gods about all their

             decisions even in wars. Theatre and art had religious themes as well; plays, sculptures, and paintings

             were mostly dedicated to the gods.

             Ancient Greece is also known for its advancement in science. Greek

             thinkers were responsible for a lot of theories in biology, mathematics,

             astronomy, and geography.

             They also developed treatments for many diseases. Most of them were


             known to be created by Hippocrates, which made people call him “the

             Father of Medicine.”

                    •  Divide the classroom into two teams, team Sparta and team Athens. Each team has to

                      dress and present their culture and traditions according to the ideas and beliefs of each


                      city-state.
