for their customer service. You should mention:
• how polite all the flight attendants were.
• a problem you had and how the crew dealt with it.
• why you would recommend this company to other people.
• Open your letter appropriately.
• Give your reason for writing in the first paragraph.
• Divide your letter into paragraphs.
• Close your letter appropriately.
• Use formal language.
• Avoid using contractions in formal writing.
• Proofread your essay for grammar and spelling mistakes.
