Microsoft Excel has functions which can be used
to do various calculations. A common function
we will learn to use is the ‘Sum’ function, which
adds the values of cells. Cells can be displayed
in different ways. Spreadsheet apps allow us
to change the format of a cell, according to the
type of information we want to show.
Fun Fact!
The first pie chart was created in 1801 by
William Playfair!
