         Let’s Learn

         Using multiple storage devices.
A computer can have many storage devices connected to it. We might need to copy or move files
from one drive to another. This can be done by using ‘File Explorer’.
The commands we use to copy or move a file are the same we use for completing these actions
         in one single storage device:

            Shortcut

Ctrl+X Cut This is used for moving a file.
Ctrl+C Copy This is used for copying a file.

Ctrl+V Paste This is used for placing a file in another folder.

Ctrl+Z Undo This is used to cancel an action we just made. Z

                                                                       NOTE

           1
In the ‘Documents’ folder, you will
              find a file named ‘Candy.jpg’.

                 2
You are going to move this file to the
connected USB storage device. Select the
file and use the ‘Ctrl+X’ command (or you
                     can right-click and choose ‘Cut’).

                   3
In ‘File Explorer’, click on ‘This PC’ or
‘My Computer’ to display all connected
                       storage devices.
