Veronica’s Desert Trip

During the summer, Veronica was exploring a desert

that had small, rocky hills and mountains. She had
been in the desert for a long time and was fully

equipped to fight the scorching heat.
On one of her last walks, Veronica tripped and broke

her leg. She was almost out of
food, but she had enough water

to help her survive for some time.
Veronica was in the desert

for four days, surviving on
water alone, before she was

found on her fourth day.
