                  1    Tick the ingredients that we use to make desserts.

                  How to Make Rice Pudding

                  (Serves 6)

                  Ingredients:
                  • 1 litre of milk

                  • 1 cup of white rice

                  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
                  • Pinch of salt

                  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla

                  •  Toppings such as chopped nuts, dried or fresh fruit, and cinnamon
                  Method:

                  • Wash and drain the rice.

                  •  Put the milk, rice, sugar, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil
                    over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
                  •  Lower the heat to a simmer and cook uncovered, for about 20

                    minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture
                    thickens.

                  • Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
                  • Add toppings as desired.
