Salma is an Egyptian girl. She was invited to her friend Rima’s

wedding in Morocco. Salma saw Rima and her

groom carried into the wedding hall on a large

chair. The bride was wearing a white caftan.

Rima changed her dress more than ve

times. Salma saw that Moroccans had

            special dance moves and music.

Are Moroccan weddings the same as

            Egyptian weddings?

Mustafa is a Libyan boy. His Algerian friend

Nassim decided to pay him a visit. They

were always friends on Facebook, but this

was the rst time they saw each other in

person. Mustafa found it very easy to

understand all the words Nassim said. Why do

                                           you think that happened?

                         Conclusion

Even though the North African countries are in the same area, people in

each country have di erent traditions. Each country has special clothes,

music, dances, and feasts. While some words might be di erent, they all

speak the same language, which is Arabic.
