Examples of Government Types

• North Korea is an example of a

dictatorship. Its leader Kim Jong Un is

the only one with power to take

decisions in the country. He tries to

control his people and not give them

any rights to choose what they want.

exposure to the outside world by

limiting internet connection to the

North Korean citizens.

• An example of monarchy is Great

Britain. It is ruled by a King or Queen,

who is the head of the state. However,

the Prime Minister is the one in control

of political decisions with the
Queen Elizabeth II
parliament.

• France is one of the world’s best

democracies. It is a country located in

Europe and it is ruled by the people’s

votes and decisions. The government

also takes decisions in favor of its

citizens in order to please them and

ful ll their needs while developing the
