Resources
We need to gather materials together to produce a
product—something to eat, wear, hold, and so on. These
materials are called resources.
A farmer may need resources like soil, a tractor, and tools.
These are resources needed to farm his land to produce
crops. When something is made or produced, we use
renewable and nonrenewable resources.
