North America

Canada and the United States of America make up the

region that covers most of the continent of North

America. The primary language of Canada and the

United States is English. Mexico is a large country to the

south of the United States, which is also part of North

America. North America is the third largest continent in

the world.

This region is bounded by

• The Paci c Ocean on the west.

• The Arctic Ocean on the north.
