A great landmark would be the
Marengo Cave in Indiana which was
discovered in 1883 by a brother and sister who were 11 and 15 years old. It is lled with
interesting rock formations and shapes. Also, it is home to many bats and rats as its
weather is cool all year long.
Another place where millions of bats stay is the Devil’s Sinkhole in Texas. It is a
big hole that no one can see the end of it. Also, there are the Manatee Springs in
Florida. A spring is a place where water ows out of the ground. Manatee animals live
there and feed on plants and algae.
