Politics

The UAE has had political stability since the

uni cation of the Emirates in 1971, and its

economy and population have grown greatly

since then. Income from oil supports the

infrastructure, or the basic systems and services

that support an economy such as transport and

communication systems. The leadership of the

UAE has chosen to develop high levels of

education, transportation, health care, and more.

The UAE government supports the political

stability in the state, allowing many workers to

manner. The cabinet of the UAE includes a Minister of State for Tolerance, as well as a Minister of State

for Happiness! The UAE is a member of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the Arab League, and the

Organization of Islamic Cooperation. It is also a member of the United Nations.
