Formatting pictures.

Removing parts of a picture is called cropping. We could just resize the picture, but
then what we want to see might be too small, so it is better to crop it first and then

resize it.

NOTE

If a picture has a high resolution, the part
of the picture you want to keep will still
look good. If it has a low resolution, then
the part that remains will not be as clear.
